Finance Butler reads the receipts, invoices and statements you send, files them into double-entry books, and produces reports from those books. It keeps your records for seven years.
We are not accountants, auditors or tax agents, and the service is not tax advice. We do not file your taxes and we do not submit e-Invoices to MyInvois. Keeping good records helps you meet your obligations, but remaining compliant with LHDN — including filing correctly — stays your responsibility, together with your own tax agent.
The AI that reads your documents is very good but not perfect. The butler flags what it is unsure about, and you can correct any entry. You are responsible for reviewing your books before relying on them for filing or reporting.
Keep your sign-in secure, and only send documents belonging to a business you are entitled to act for. You may not use the service to break the law.
Plans are billed monthly in Malaysian Ringgit through Stripe. You may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not charge automatically for exceeding your scan allowance — you will be told and can choose to upgrade.
Your books and documents remain yours. You can export them at any time, and you can ask us to delete them. See the Privacy page for detail.
We aim to keep the service running continuously but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We will give reasonable notice of planned downtime where we can.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend an account that is being used unlawfully or that abuses the service, and will tell you why.
